Why One Single Story?
We believe that the Bible is one single story from beginning to end. It is the story of Jesus Christ: why we need Him, that He was coming, came, died, rose again, ascended to heaven, and today lives with us.
One Single Story Podcasts
These podcasts are produced by Open Door Church in Edenton, NC.
Beginning in 2024, we embarked on a reading plan that will span three years. During that time, we will read through the New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs each year. Reading through the Old Testament will take three years. Our week-day podcasts will be one-on-one conversations to help us delve into the readings.
In 2023, we had weekly podcasts, one on each book of the Bible focusing on a single theme within the book.
In 2022, we read the Bible chronologically and had a podcast for each day - 365 in total.
